Hullo, Roo! Never worry about a pound or two, it's always just normal fluctuation... water, salt, carbs... you never know. Keep exercising, drink more water and it'll go away and maybe take a friend with it...

I'm still the same weight. I'm going to the Nutritionist soon to get weighed because I'm not sure if I am 220 or not but I"m going to make an appt. with her ASAP

I'm still hanging out around 197.5/198 as of Sunday morning. Considering my previous lack of exercise - and snacking on salty foods constantly in the 2 days before weigh in, I consider myself lucky.

I did do a 3.2 mile walk last night in about 53 min, followed by a good half hour of my PT stretches - so I'm looking to continue that into spring.

Looking for a decrease by next weigh in

I am down a little more at 164...woohoo I am only 4lbs away from the goal I set for myself way back in August. I wanted to be at 160 for my next birthday and that was last saturday so I was 4lbs away...not bad if I do say so myself! Now only 9lbs to go.
