Default First Time!!
I ran (jogged) my first road race on July 4th. It was 2 miles and I finished in 22 mins & 15 seconds!!! This is such a hugh accomplishment for me because I have lost 170.8 lbs. with WW and never in my life did I think I would even walk a road race, never mind run.

Anything you put your mind to, can be accomplished!!!!
