I ran I ran!

    Wooo! I did it! I went for a run at lunch time! First time I've exercised at work. I figured there was no way I was going to run in the evenings now it's dark when I go to work and dark when I get home! So I thought I'd make the most of the sunshine!

    I decided not to care if people made comments or noticed or whatever. No-one even saw me in my tracksuit!
