I started my new lifestyle of eating healthy, exercising and taking my met faithfully( I have PCOS). In those 26 weeks I have dropped 57 lbs and lost 26 1/2 inches from my mid section. I've gone from a tight 20 to a size 10(stretch) 12(non-stretch) jeans. I have tons more energy and for the first time in my life I have 'regular' cycles. In only half a year my life has completely turned around. My self esteem is through the roof and I feel like I'm finally being a good role model for my kids. Just had to share!
Well Done! True inspiration, which right now is exactly what I need to keep me here and not in the fridge. Mind you it is full of tomatoes, green beans and peppers these days
That is so cool. Way to go!! I have lost 19 pounds and I feel a good bit better myself but I have 99 more to go to get to my goal wt of 120. What would you say helped you the most? I hope this time I can lose it and KEEP IT OFF! Did you take before and after pictures? I am planning to do that. The ones I have looked at are so inspiring to me!
