Well, we passed the first of the major holiday's, let's report on how we did! Whether congratulations or support is needed, we're all in this together. Everyone is welcome to join. Just report in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.
Me: 204, up 2 pounds from last week. I'm a little disapointed, of course, but not really surprised. A combination of not sticking to my diet very well this week, plus a visit from my monthly, gave me an idea that this might not be that good of a week for me. But that's okay, I'm not about the weekly weigh in, but rather the big, big picture. I'm doing alot better now than when I started, and I know that I will have good weeks ahead to counter the occasional bad one.

...... and remember, during our cycles, the weighin will definitely be affected, so just know that you are doing nothing wrong!! 


: I was really wanting just .5 so I could see that middle digit change. Ah well, next week!
