Question Up 2 lbs...and I didn't cheat!

Congratualtions to all of you who had a "losing" week. I expected to because I hadn't cheated...and I had worked out...and my pants fit more loosely. So when the scale showed "Up 2 lbs.," I thought, "What's this...?"

But because I know that I have been good this week, I am taking it in my stride because I am in this for the long haul. I am determined to make long-term lifestyle changes.

About the only thing I can think of that I did differently that may have affected the scales this week is that nearly every day this week I made a stir fry with veggies and I put a (low fat) sweet & sour/tangy sauce on it that had about 50 calories per two tablespoons...but geez, it is hard to believe that made any huge difference, even if I put 4 tablespoons or whatever on my stir-fry veggies. But today, I made my dang veggies without any sauce...

Though, I was disappointed...and didn't feel wildly exuberant...I told myself to just go in the kitchen, fix my regular (diet) breakfast...and behave myself.

Well, wish me good luck.

nope im not losing my mind LOL ... at my buddys weekly weigh in today it was the same number as my scale showed (thought mine was a bit off or something) so i really did lose 4 lbs this past week! I was expecting 2 lbs the most. Im really not doing as much exercise as I could be doing ( i dislike it very much lol) probably because i started with the weights recently, and that does raise the metabolism. ..but either way im at 197 and so happy to be under 200 again ... my next mini goal is to get to 175.
