Default Everyone Weigh In 10/21/05

The leaves are changing colors, how are we changing as well? Let everyone know with this general weigh in thread. Simply jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.

Me:

206.5, up a pound from last week. I'm not as upset about this as I might be. By Wednesday I was at 205.5 (I typically gain during the weekend), so I thought the prospects of my being able to post a loss were very good. Then, even though I stuck to my diet and exercise, I gain a pound. No way this could be a pound of fat. Just can't be. And fat are the only pounds I care about. I'm curious to see where I'll be at next week!

214.8, up a little over a half pound from last week, but also that TOM, so not worried. Hopefully will see the loss next week.

Default 5 days on Phase I

I'm in my 5th day of P1. I'm down 5 lbs. It is starting to get a little more difficult, but I know I can do it. It certainly is not as restrictive as Atkins.

Was 160.6 yesterday, down from 163.4 the week before. 2.8 pounds lost.. very happy about it. Can't wait till I'm under 160! I just started light exercising this week, so that probably has a lot to do with it. I didn't know it made that much of a difference! I just wanted to tone up while losing so I wouldn't be too saggy, but its having a good effect on my weight too..

Hey Pepphamint, you're doing great!

I need to increase my exercise too. I'm sure I could lose faster if I wasn't so lazy!

I'm hoping to lose around 10 lbs. by Christmas too - I'll have to watch out for the "eating season" Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc.

Good luck - you'll soon be in the 150's!

I'm down a pound this week to 205 - which means I've lost 60 lbs. since the last week of December 2004! I had my sisters PMS this week - I ate more fun-size candy bars in three days (mid-week) than I think I've even seen all this past year. AND I STILL LOST! Not that I'll be trying that again any time soon - my momma didn't raise no fools !

I can't believe it's been 10 months since I started losing again - the right way this time . I still have 40 lbs to go - but as long as I see slow steady progress I'll be happy!

Congratulations to my fellow 'losers'! Stay strong - the 1st weigh-in of the New Year will be the real test!

Well when I got up this morning the scale read 198.5! *speechless* Im just so finally proud of myself that I made it this far already. Its been a long time since ive been under 200, I finally did it

Im just so proud of myself , and its been a really long time since i could say that! ...i was able to fit into a few of my favourite clothes. Thats one of the best parts eh!

Yep, definitely celebrating! Having a good dinner tonight with a few close people and getting married in about 3 weeks or so! So what better timing is that eh

I just had my weekly weigh in and lost 3.5 pounds! I'm happy usually I'm only about a pound a week.
