[font face="Lucida Sans" COLOR=teal]I think I have realized that usually when I hit a 'plateau' there are a lot of things going on in my life. I find during times of turmoil, that I am not able to be freely conscientious about what I am consuming. This week, I have not lost one pound. I haven't gained, but I haven't lost. This week, on the 12th, I learned of some devestating news. A friend of mine's nephew committed suicide. He was only 12 years old, in fact had just turned 12. Tyler was the son of Rachel Susan Miller. Rachel was murdered last year by Tyler's dad, and as far as I am concerned Bruce David Daniels murdered his son too. It's a sad day when children so young, who should see life ahead of them, can only see pain. Rachel Miller was a passionate advocate against Domestic Violence, and was using her voice to empower women trapped in abusive relationships to find her way out. She had divorced Bruce 3 years prior.
