Im pretty proud of myself today, I managed to keep my calories down, and I did pretty good with my eating (not PERFECT but it is alot better than normal for me and I just started this on monday *again* trying to get back on track after moving etc.) I know Im probably going to have alot of people tell me what I did wrong but Im proud, and I can only improve and keep getting better!
