Default Broke Plateau...FINALLY!!!
I finally broke 140lbs this week, after being stuck there for over 6 weeks. I am down to 138 which means I have lost a total of 20lbs since the beginning of the year. I feel so great and I was just reading on another website that if I lose one more pound I should have my BMI in a healthy stage!! 18 more pounds to go!!!!!!!!!!!!
