I know it isn't alot, but it is more then I have ever lost before, and it has only been in the past 2 weeks, last week I exercised once, and my eating was OK, this week I've exercised twice and went for 2 or 3 walks, on Monday I was 211, down 4lbs from last week (215) today I was expecting it to be back up there because the past 2 days I've been around 213 or so.
I didn't get to exercise today because I had to go meet a friend at 11:45 and I went to bed at 12am last night so that I could get up at 8 and have time to exercise...well I didn't fall asleep until 2am so I was VERY tired so I slept until 11:00 and when I weighed myself I said in my head "please please be lower or around the same so I don't feel so bad about not being able to exercise" and when the scale said 207 I nearly fell over!! 8lbs in the past 2 weeks!
This goes to prove what happens when you put your mind to it and exercise and actually stay on program (weight watchers), usually I am WAAAY over my points, which makes me not want to journal, so I give up, but this week I've been either right on or under every day! The summer is coming so I eat less and I always drink ALOT more water so hopefully I can see some real success this time for once!!
