All my life I had been a big girl, but an in shape girl. I got a really bad knee injury and quickly fell out of my regime that kept me in shape. After having corrective surgery I became depressed because that was the end of my athletic career. In that time I put on a lot of weight quickly and was not happy with who I had become. So, in May of last year I changed my life. I got a nutrionist and slowly got back to working out. One year later I had lost 100 pounds and felt like I was back to my old self.
Although I was very key to this, none of this would have been possible without the support of my friends and family. Everyday I thank them all for always having my back.
That's an impressive story, thanks for sharing! I'm sorry that your career suffered, though. However, you bounced back and made a great accomplishment, you should be proud
