Smile i bought shorts!

hello everyone! its kaitikat again with some more success! yesterday i actually bought a nice pair of shorts! i was so happy! i can actually wear them without being embarrassed!

I see that your CW is 116... At 116 were you embarassed to wear short? Just wondering...

hello! thank you. doesnt CW mean current weight? well my current weight is 116 but when i started my diet i was 132.

If you don't mind me asking how long did it take you to lose your weight? I am just beginning and a little bigger than your starting weight. I have kind of been stuck at the same weight for a couple of weeks. However, I have been measuring myself and I seem to be losing inches.

hello newby! no i dont mind you asking. well i started to diet in febuary so thats about 4 or 5 months. but it doesnt seem that long. well good luck on your diet and keep in touch!

What kind of working out do you do? I see you do the treadmill, do you use the incline, how long do you walk? What else do you do for exercise? I am totally new at this diet thing.

hello newby! well i go to a local gym. first i do the different weight machines. after im done with the weight machines i do cardio (which is running...excercise for the heart.) on the treadmill i do the incline instead of running. i dont ususlly go by how long, i go by the burning of calories. i ususally burn up to 200-350 calories at one time by walking the incline on the treadmill. if you have any other questions i would be happy to answer them!
