It can be done!
This is my first time on 3FC and I think it is great. We're not alone, as I have thought many times. I am a WW member since May, 2002. When I joined I weighed my all time high of 217 lbs, I now weigh 153, I have lost 64 lbs in 30 wks. I say this to encourage anyone out there who is struggling, I have struggled all my life and never thought I could do it. I believe different diets programs fit differently for everyone and the secret is finding the one that works for you. I know my struggle is far from over I still need to lose another 20 lbs, and it won't end there this is a lifetime commitment for me and I just hope I can keep it off. And I will keep going, just one day at a time.
