Hee! I love Phase 1.5. I kind of rotate days; some days are Phase 1, some days are Phase 2, and some are Phase 1.5. On Phase 1.5, I eat 1-2 servings of Phase 2 carbs a day. Usually a piece of fruit or a piece of whole wheat bread. I try and eat them later in the day so I don't set myself up for cravings. I also eat my carbs with a little protien; ie, a little peanut butter on my apple, etc.
I do recommend eventually switching to Phase 2. Just do it
sllooooowwwwlllyyyy. The biggest mistake I made my first time doing SBD was going from 0 to 60 on the Phase 2 foods.
And as far as I know, there's nothing wrong with rotating weeks. 1 Week Phase 1, 1 week phase 2, etc.
