Default The bread I bought
Ok, I went to Kroger and found their store brand bread and it has 4gm of fiber per slice!!
I was so excited.
I brought it home and then looked at the rest of the label after reading the SB bread FYI on here

IT HAS 4gm OF SUGAR PER SLICE!!!!!!!!!

it hasn't been opened should i take it back?

What are the ingredients? Some sugar is needed to help yeast rise but that seems excessive although it could be milk sugar (lactose).

it has high fructose corn syrup
It also has flax seed in it- I don't know if that affects the sugar????
