Question Question for expierienced Beachers.

I have a really super yummy recipe that I'd like to share if it's allowed on the beach. I'm still new and not sure. I THINK it may be allowed in phase 2. I just didn't want to post it until I was positive it was an allowed recipe.Kwim?

Here's the ingredients:

Boneless,skinless chicken breasts
4tbs frozen concentrate oj
tarragon
thyme

Obviously it's the oj that I'm concerned about.

TIA,
Lisa

This would be a Phase 2 recipe, though you should try to find a substitute for the orange juice. Something with less sugar.

Orange sf Jello powder perhaps, diluted with some chicken stock?

Unhappy Thank you.

Looks like I won't be posting it after all. At least until I try Ruth's suggestion. Maybe.

How about SF Smuckers Orange marmalade cut with some water or Chick Stock?

FFF, I use real orange juice (not concentrate), and thicken it with some arrowroot if I have to, when it's called for in small amounts like this recipe. The only thing is that you then have a bunch of OJ in the house. Thankfully, my DH drinks it lickety-split so I'm not tempted.

The other suggestions are good, though. I'd think the SF orange marmalade idea would be very yummy! You could also try SF orange syrup.

Um, Beachgal, you could always squeeze and orange rather than buy a big container.
(Pretty radical idea, eh?)
