Hey chicks! It's been a good OP day so far. Here's what I've eaten:
B: 2 veggie egg mini quiches L: mediteranian spinach salad; yogurt w/ flax seeds S: protein shake for dinner later I'll have the souffle stuffed chicken, cauliflower, and sauteed mushrooms..yummy!!! I need to up my water...haven't done good on that today. |
Phase 1... Stardate: Day 4.. Capt schatzi's log: It's a big leftover day!!!!
B: Spinach stuffed portabello mushroom (from last nights dinner) S: Roasted veggies (leftovers) L: Chick Cordon Bleu (More leftovers) in a big tossed salad S: tomato juice, raw veggies with ranch dippage D: Taco Bake, 3 bean salad (more leftovers) D: Cheesecake tarts with a dollop of cool whip! I'm feeling real good...no withdrawl symptoms like my first time on phase 1... |
Oh poop! Im up two today - probably from smoked salmon yesterday.
Hey, I'm going to split that Sample menu thread into Phase I and Phase II so we can post our menus there and just whine or celebrate or ask advice in here. |

Day 4 on ph1. We had a little set back last on the whole menu thing (the set back being the pizza and beer I had after the dd's soccer game!) Back on track today though. I made the mistake of putting kidney beans in my salad yesterday and am feeling the effects of that today, so it'll be a light food day for 'ole Kel. Hope everyone has an op day! |
Hey, fellow P1'ers!! How's everythign going? I've been doing great lately. Yesterday I didn't drink enough water but I will rectify that today. TOM started yesterday and I'm up 3# but I am still below my ticker weight. I'm not changing it now untill TOM is over. I don't want to jinx myself. I'm so happy that this lard is finally melting away.

I'm finally back at my ticker weight.. Goes up to 176 down to 173... and well, my pearsydew and I are CHA CHA dance partners! But it looks like I'm holding steady at 173.. I know I will break through this barrier!!!

My husband got a big promotion.. so last night we celebrated... and well to be honest it wasn't with on plan food, and I don't think that the bottle of champagne was a phase 1 item either :dizzy: So my weight isn't that great for this morning's weighin - but next week will be better.

Thanks Schatzi.. it is a ood promotiona dn one that he has worked hard for - but I fear that it will probably mean more time on trips away.. so not so great for that reason.

Hey chicks! I guess most of us are taking the weekend off from posting :D! Hope everyone is being good and OP. Here's my menu for yesterday and planned for today:
B: spiced flaxmeal and bean muffin (2) L: leftover lentil and cauliflower soup D: kale and cauliflower bake today: B: 2 mini veggie quiche cups L: leftover lentil and cauliflower soup D: leftover cauliflower and kale bake S: not sure yet, prob caramel ricotta |
Yesterday was a good day
B'fast - lean bacon and two scrambled eggs snack - protein shake lunch - mega salad and a chicken kebab dinner - even more salad and a chickpea patty |
Well gang I'm going to have to start all over again. I have been horribly sick since Wednesday and been eating whatever was in the house that sounded good. My 40th birthday is the 20th so I think I am going to stay on P2 until then to just let everything get healthy again so we can celebrate the weekend after. I'll start P1 again on the 24th for two weeks. Good luck to all of you!!!
