There was 1/2 C green beans at b'fast, the soup was mostly veggies and had at least 1 1/2 C (it was a big bowl), and for dinner I ended up ditching the cauliflower and just having the cabbage. So that was 1 1/2 C cabbage, and 1/2 C tomatos with the capri....I'm adding as I'm typing....that adds up to the 4 cups. Cool! And yes, so far I've had at least 96 oz of water. TOM is right around the corner so I want to fend off the bloat before it starts! Geez...I feel like I just took a quiz :D!! Thanks, professor Schatzi! :lol:
oh, I tried a new invention with ricotta dessert...yucky!! i took 3/4 C ricotta and cottage mixed up with jello powder, splenda, and coconut....bleehhh!!! So disgusting! So much for my adventure! :lol: |
APearseydew: you ARE after all a Scientist! :wizard:and experiment you must..it's parda yer naycha... saves us from trying that concoction! .. But I will continue to try in your foot steps for a Almond Joy/Mounds type of dessert... (but hmm Russell Stovers got a mean SF choc/coconut nuggetty thingy that is quite good..) :D

Ooohhh! Almond Joy!! Take ricotta, cocoa powder, coconut, splenda, sf caramel syrup, mix it up and top with sliced almonds! How's that for science on the fly?? :lol:
(I would soak the cocnut in water a bit first so it plumps up. Other wise it's scratchy! :) ) |

Okay, did awesome yesterday except for the diet coke fairy. She convinced me to have 3 (eek!), but I did have 96oz of water. Okay for today: Breakfast: had to skip, we were late running out the door (I forgot the carpet cleaners were coming and had to rush and clear 3 rooms!) snack: yogurt Lunch: salad from Martin's salad bar: lettuce,eggs,tomatos,l/f cheese,grilled chicken breast, kidney beans, mushrooms. snack: l/f string cheese dinner: cheesy chicken, green beans and a small salad snack: s/f jello if hungry. Have a wonderful day! P.S. I'm going to try make Schatzi's squash scramble tonight. Do you think it will reheat okay for tomorrow's breakfast? |
Bless me sisters for I have sinned! I had wine AND chicken wings last night! Some friends dragged me to the LongHorn and forced bad things down my throat. Back OP today.
B. milkshake with a cup of skim, Splenda, two egg whites and some sf Jello powder S. V8 plus 15 almonds L. smoked salmon rolls - asparagus, Laughing cow cheese and smoked salmon - plus a gorgeous tomato I just picked D. Taco Bake, spinach salad, cucumbers and tomatoes. |

I started back 10/3rd Phase I. It has been a good week so far. My tough time is when I get home from work (6pm) until supper time, which usually isn't till 7 or 7:30. I need to get out of the kitchen and do something. I sat in the other room and read a book last night.
I have exercised every morning this week, and started a cycling(spinning) class on Tuesday mornings. VERY HARD, but I feel great once I get through it. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!!!!! |
Well I wasn't thinking straight when I decided to start P1 again this week. This is month end and it is usually an insane week for me. But I didn't do to bad yesterday just not P1. Also I am back up to 120oz of water a day. And I must be doing something better because I have lost 4 of the 12 pounds I had gained last month.
Breakfast - small tomato from garden, turkey slices, motz cheese stick, 1/2 whole wheat bagle and cream cheese Snack - V8 juice, lf cheese, thin crisp triscuits Lunch - Left over iceberg salad from birthday pizza at work and SB Penne/Chicken in roasted red pepper sauce Snack - more thin crisp triscuits and about 20 skittles (I know me bad but I forgot my veggies at home) Dinner - Loin steak medalions, spinach (lots I love the stuff), a few carrots Snack - Peanutbutter cup with lf cool whip |
I have lost 6 lb already.. I weigh in on Mondays.... I am psyched!!!!

Hey Everyone, I am new here and trying to feel my way around. I have started phase 1 today. I was wondering if anyone has some tatsey, fast and EASY recipes for phase 1. I am on the go all the time and need things that are quick and easy with no peppers...lol! I am really looking forward to meeting people in here and getting to know you. A quick little about me. I am married with 2 kids and live in Michigan. I am a daycare provider by day and a bartender/soccer mom/theatre mom by night. When I graduated from High School I weighed 98 lbs soaking wet. Gained a little with my son at 22 but when my daughter was born at 25 the weight just continued and as of today I am 205. I want to lose weight for my health and I am just sick and tired of hating to shop! I also want to be a better role model for my 12 year old daughter. Well....I'll stop babbeling. Have a great day while I wander around and try to figure out how all this works!

Something totally unreal keeps happening to me...
I keep on FORGETTING to eat! You have no idea how bizarre this is for me. It seems the other day and today as well it's happened. I just can't get over the fact that I completely and utterly FORGOT. I realized today when I was going to get my lunch, I was reviewing in my head what I had eaten so far for the day to make sure I was still OP and that's when it hit me that I never did eat breakfast. That's just not like me at all. It's so weird. Sorry bout that I'm just dumbfounded. :?: My plan of attack for today is: Breakfast was supposed to be: 2 Veg. Quiche Cups Coffee with splenda and ff/sf vanilla creamer 2 slices turkey bacon (I even made a point to enter this into my fitday this morning,planning on having it. Went to get ready and just never looked back. So weird.) I did have the coffee. :coffee2: Snack Single serve ff Breakstone's cottage cheese. Lunch: Wendy's small chili Wendy's side ceasar salad, no croutons. diet jello single serve Dinner: Souffle stuffed chicken salad Snack ff/ sf fudgy That's it for now. I ate the chili but was full so I haven't eaten the salad yet. |
