Default Howdy!

Just a quickie this AM, need to leave work a minute and run my 14 year old to school. Hoping everyone is having a good day. I'm behaving with my food and water. Drank 2 liters...again yesterday. It sure does help with the hunger or fake hunger pains. I have discovered the Sobe lean drinks and I think they are yummy too.

You all have a great day on the beach!

Mornin' girlies! I really should be out in the garage boxing up the candles I got made last night (YAY I made progress!!!) but I thought I'd check in before doing that. Today should be rather busy. Laundry, a little cleaning, packing the candles, lunch with Leanne, and then a family dinner this evening. I know we'll be using chicken but I am not sure what to do with it. I think we need to try something different so I'll be checking out the recipes in a few. I am still stuck at 197 to 198 no matter what I have tried to do. I am glad to not see a gain but I would hope all this hard work would show a better loss. Time to regroup and see what i need to change. I've gotta be missing something.

Beach bum-- you are such a dear for helping your friend move! That's a true sign of friendship and love

Kyemom -- good luck on the job hunt! I'll send soem good luck vibes your way

Mamacita-- I'm having a few pound float too, no matter what I do. What will happen if they do not find and acceptable replacement for you??

Schatzi-- Icky toads I would be so grossed out that Dh would have to deal with the toad. Yuck! Good luck

Ruth-- good cookin' to you today

Pearshape-- I'll have to try the meatballs with the morning star crumled up nest time. Sounds like a good addition/alteration

Little Chick-- Nice to see you back!!!

djett -- the golf sounds like fun. Nice to share an activity with your dh too a bonus

KO -- I love your attitude! You will show your buddies and you will be the fit and trim one and they will be left wondering wth happened !! Don't let them get you off track. Let your wonderful OP choices and progress show them that they don't know Poop!!

RNmom -- I'll have to look for the Sobe drinks. I also want to try the Diet Monster drink. I miss those energy drinks every once in a while. Have a great day!!

good thursday morning all.
Had a rough night last night. Not exactly sure what happenned, but definitely had a serious sugar low and not sure why. I was good and didn't try "fixing" it with some bad stuff but felt like pooh all night. I think it's cuz I didn't eat any good meals at all. Was eating very light. Soy shake for breakfast, tuna on wheat tortilla at lunch and then I just started feeling horrible.
Hopefully off to better start today.
Off to deliver kids to school again.
Have a great day at the beach all! Nice and warm here!

Sweet Tea..What kind of candles do you make? I absolutely adore scented candles.. I light them most every night .. except summer.. I use incense instead.. I was a partylite ( or as I like to say a Candle Crap Consultant) for about 2 years.. I have More candle crap I know what to do with! But candles I go through boxes at a time..

RNMOM: YAY FOR YOU on your phycscophattle test!!!!!
(can anyone tell how many breaks I'm taking from my chores All Ready??? )
KO: sometime our friends can be our worst enemies! You just love them and the H*ll with them and their KitKats!
w2wAb: HMMM, i don't know what phase you are on..but sometimes I just have a Tablespoon of dark chocolate morsels and I'm fine...

I'm going to try and hop in here to chat with you all more often. I come in everyday anyway, might as well have some fun all you chickies...

hello everyone...I'm back from visiting my dad & my darling niece! Kloe turned 2 on Sat. - she's the cutest! Her new thing now is she says "peas" (suppose to be please!) We are still working on the thank you part.....she says "there ya go" instead of thank you because her mother would say there ya go when she said please....I think it's funny!
It took me 2 days to clean my mother's bedroom (I cleaned some of dad's stuff up too!) I donated 20 bags of clothes to goodwill! 5 of the bags probably still have tags on them! OYE!
The scale gods were nice to me today.....215. I'm getting closer to my ticker weight - I refuse to move it upwards!
Hope everyone has a great OP day!!

Aaaaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhh! I'll need to be offline for a while. The window lads had a cancellation and are starting my upstairs window replacements today and should finish tomorrow. I will be able to get online from underneath a plastic drop sheet, I hope. The mason guy is coming this afternoon to decide how to rip apart my kitchen wall! I think I may just move out to the barn until the mess is over!

Gotta dash around throwing drop sheets over beds and taking down curtains. Be GOOD! No sand throwing!

KO -- I don't take up much room with my vats and carving area really. it is pretty messy though but in a fun way. I have it set up in our garage and since I don't have to do production for a store front any more it takes less space than in our last house. the type I make are a bit more time consuming but basic candlemaking is easy, fun, and can be nicely profitable. Since we closed out shop I do special orders adn ship them out. I carved 4 last night and have 8 left to make. I wish my work area was air conditioned!!

i had lunch with Leanne (No, I'm Sweet Tea) today and **blush** she sait the nicest thing to me -- "I think your butt looks smaller!" That sweet talker!! I knew there was I reason we were best friends .

Off to clean up my mess before Leanne and christa come over to have dinner. Chicken, spinich salad, and spaghetti squash on the menus tonight.

Hugs-n-love to ya all!!!

Ruth, you are better woman than me. I woulda gotten a shot gun and took out his tires! (Not a morning person, AT ALL! )

Welcome back littlechick! (was MIA a while myself)

Pearshape, is that meatball recipe posted? And if so, what phase, etc....Sounds awesome, love italian.

Schatzi, if m DS saw that toad move, he's scream and then run away. (He did that the first time he caught a fish. Mama said he took off down the dock, ) Move, move, move, move!

Mamacita-enjoy the mountains. I know I will when I visit mama after the move. (She's moving to Dalton, ) What does a 'stickler' do exactly?

kyemom-welcome to my world of a having a bad week,

Beachbum- wanna come help me out in november?

KO-my sister is like that. I just feel like choking her sometimes. She gets so jealous I am doing somethig to better myself. My going back to schook is killing her, She's was trying to talk me out of it.
But, then I stop and think, I am in better health than she is, and will look tons better than her in the end. Kill em with kindness I say!

Me-Decided to go back to P1 for a week, with all my bad eating in the past month. But blew it last nite, went to a Chinese buffet. So adding an extra 2 days. Woke up soooo tired this morning. Not sure if it was the carbs last nite, starting P1, or a combo of the 2.
And with all my slipping last month I have found, I actually prefer wwpasta, low carb ketchup, sugar free syrup, etc., compared to the 'normal' stuff.
Has anyone else noticed this? (Only applies to the chicks who have slipped, )
And even started going thru things for the move today.

Wendy, the meatball recipe is in the Phase I Entrees. If you sniff really hard with your nose to the north, you'll smell them as they are baking right now!

Well, I now have six new windows with the seventh to be done tomorrow. The lads will be back tomorrow to do that and put the finishing touches onto the others.

Romano the Italian/Polish contractor was here. It is going to be costly but I just can't do without a furnace this winter sooooo......I guess this is the rainy day I've been saving for. He will be ripping apart my kitchen on Monday morning - Oh joy! I may put the Girls into doggie daycare while he's here. Maybe I'll put myself into daycare too.

I'm off to finish the meatballs, make the taco nake and then take in my two meetings tonight. Catch up later.

Evenin' chicks--

Waiting on DD to come home to go grocery shopping. She's going camping this weekend and needs camp food and I'm doing regular shopping early so I won't have to go Sunday.

Wenchy...a "sticker" is another name for a phlebotomist. Someone who draws your blood at the doctors or the hospital. That's my job. ~~sigh~~ My oh-so-exciting J-O-B.

Someone asked what would happen if they didn't find a replacement for me. Well, I guess they'd just have to give the position to the gal that just came back from maternity leave. She's been asking for it, but they don't want to overload her.

Oh, the "men and their announcements"...what is that all about anyway? Mine feels the need to announce stuff that I really didn't want to know about. Everything from football scores to TMI stuff. UGH! Do they talk like this among themselves???

Okay, I gotta get moving. You all have a great evening!
