Ok, today is Day 3 for me and I am feeling a bit tired. I skipped my workout last night and rested. I am also giving up diet soda (bloats me too much and was completely out of control) as well as changing my eating. I am going out of town this weekend....so here goes the questions:
1) What caffeine can I have from Starbucks? Figure I will need some caffeine for the 6 hour drive!
2) Food at Panera: what is the best for Phase I?

you can do the sugar free non fat vanilla latte....
From starbucks I just get a drip coffee with soy milk (or FF is fine) and the Sugar Free (SF) Vanilla or Hazelnut syrup.
Panera is a bad, bad place. It's all BREAD!!!

Get a soup and a salad. A minestrone is better than anything cream based. Salads are good -- skip the soup and get chicken on it...dressing on the side...Make sure you don't get any salads with fruits in it (I miss their Strawberry Fields salad with FF Lemon Poppyseed Dressing) and if you have nuts, count that as your nuts for the day!
