Yup, while detoxing it's normal to not have as much energy...I actually took short naps that first week while my DD was napping, but after you get past this part, you'll be amazed at the extra energy you have compared to before starting this lifestyle.

Ugh, I hope it passes soon! I had a small cheat today, the smallest crumb off my DD's baking. It was good, but I am NOT having more. Actually I have not had any craving till today, I wanted potato chips & a chocolate bar. They were not available, so I didn't have em

I am looking forward to the detox stage to end.
