    I am currently reading the SB diet book. This looks like a "doable" diet. There is a lot of very good info here! I am going to try SB soon as I finish the book and stock up the cupboard!

  • Ditto! I'm a newbie.. I just finished up my first week with a loss of 8 pounds. I found reading the FAQ section and recipes very helpful - especially on my first trip for groceries. The other thing that has really helped me is visiting this site everyday and reading the success stories and the struggles that we all face!

  • Wow, looks like a lot fellow beach babes here! Finished the book, and day 1, made it thro 1 day of phase 1, 13 more to go! It actually went quite well.

    can't "weight" till monday to step on the scale, actually getting a bit excited about being on a diet .... Wow! That's amazing!

  • Day 4 and no cheats yet. Yay. I am feeling tired today, I had enough sleep. Anyone else feel a little more tired than usual. I was tired yesterday also. Hopefully this will pass soon. Today DD baked cookies and left them out on the counter to cool, I will NOT eat them.
