Default Is this OK?

Does anyone know if Hersheys Sugar Free chocolate is ok to have on Phase 2? It says SB friendly, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

If it is sweetened with one of the sugar alcohols, it can give you intestinal problems. Be careful - it's not worth it to be sick.

They are sweetened with sugar alcohols. I tried a variety pack. The peanut butter cups are really good but I thought the chocolate bars, chocolate with almonds and dark chocolate just tasted off. My son ended up finishing them. I only let him eat one a day because I was worried that they would mess up his stomach. I won't buy them again. It is much better to just stick to dark chocolate and watch your portion size.

I agree with Barb, they tasted "synthetic."
It's much more satisfying to have a smaller portion of the real McCoy!
