Thanks for starting this up. I was going to do it today and now I don't have to. I normally total the hours for exercise queen on the 1st or 2nd after people have a chance to post for the last day of the month. If you want to do it though, I certainly don't mind.

March goal : 1200 minutes.
March Total (so far): 870 minutes of exercise

Mar 2- 45 min (Pain in the Butt class, weight machines)

Mar 4- 120 min(Pilates class, weight machines, elliptical, stationary bike)

I had a 3 pounds gain last month, I'm going to add more exercise in this month!

March goal : 800 minutes.
March Total 720 minutes of exercise

Mar 1- 60 minutes Walking/Aerobics
Mar 2- 30 minutes Toning with weights 30 minutes walking = 60
Mar 3- 30 minutes Walking Abs workout
Mar 4- 80's Blast Off 30 min. & walking 30 min. = 60
Mar 5- Toning w/weights 30 minutes/30 walking = 60
Mar 6- rest day
Mar 7- gardening 45 minutes
Mar 8- 15 Walking abs
Mar 9- 30 minutes 60's Blast Off Aerobics

I didn't make it last month, but I still like the sound of 1000 minutes. It's my goal and one day I'll make it. Walking, pilates and some weight training.

I'm definitely back in this month! The beginning of April is my bathingsuit trip in Laughlin! I'm going all out this month!!! I lost a bunch of inches in Feb. and I hope to continue that this month but I don't really have a goal minutes-wise. It's just to kick some booty this month!!!

Well, it looks like Dixiedawg will sign me up for a minmum daily walk of 30 minutes a day........well that makes it 930 mins......aaahh sign me up for 1,000

Mar. 1=Biking for 30 mins.Total=30 mins.
Mar. 2=WATP's 2 m walk for 30 mins.,Biking for 30 mins Total=60 mins
Mar. 3=WATP"S 3 m walk for 45 mins,Bike riding for 45 min Total=90 mins.
Mar. 4=WATP'S 4 m walk for 60 mins,biking for 30 mins Total=90 mins.
Mar. 5=going on my new mini stepper with resistance bands for 30 mins. & then biking for 45 mins Total=75 mins.

Mar. 6=RESTING ON SUNDAY
Mar. 7=WATP's 3 mile for 45 mins. Mini stepping for 30 mins Total=75mins.
Mar. 8=DID'T EXERCISE TDAY MY BACK WENT OUT AGAIN
Mar. 9=Using my stepper for 30 mins= Total=30mins
Mar. 10=WATP's 30m/stepping 30m/biking 30m=Total 90 mins.
Mar. 11=KS lose weight with weights for 60 mins. Step for 30 mins.total=90M
Mar. 12=Biking for 30 mins Total=30 mins

Mar. 13=Resting on Sundays
Mar. 14=20 mins with my video 30 mins on the step Total=50 mins.
Mar. 15=WATP 30min=Stepping & biking for 30 mins. Total=60 mins.
Mar. 16=Biking for 45 mins & stepping for 25mins Total=70 mins.
Mar. 17=Biking for 40 mins stepping for 10 mins=Total=50
Mar. 18=Walked along the beach for 40 mins. Biking for 40 & step for 10m=90m

Mar. 21=2 miles for 30 mins,bking for 30 mins.stepping for 20 mins=T80 mins

I don't really have a minutes goal, since I just started. However, I do have goal to do something everyday. I did 20 minutes on the Precor at the gym during my lunch today. That was a mile. I haven't done that in a LONG time . So, my goal is just to get moving this month.

Oh my...well, I am doing the Walk Across Kansas on a team sooo...I HAVE to walk some..hhmm.. Let's go for .. 1000 Mins.. Compared to my big fat 0 in Feb. I can only do better this month.

Hmmmm, March is a longer month....sign me up for 1000!!!
March 1 - 60 minutes nice start!!!
March 2 - 70 minutes = 130 so far!
March 3 - 60 minutes!!(in the morning) 40 minutes (evening)
March 4 - NONE - Bad chick!!
March 5 - None - CURSES!!!
march 6 - none, this isn't good
March 7 - 75 minutes - yeah! - 305 total!!
March 8 - 75 minutes on tm & 30 minutes of lifting
March 9 - 60 mins walking & 30 mins lifting = 500 half way to my goal!!!
March 10 - 30 minutes - little lazy today, had cramps!
March 11 - 120 minutes (60 in am/60 in pm!) whew!! 650 total!
March 12 - 60 minutes
March 13 - none!
March 14 - nunca! (sorry, just heard the capital one commerical)
March 15 - 120 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!
March 16 - 60 minutes
March 17 - 60 minutes ....total of 950!! 50 from my goal
March 18 - 60 minutes
March 19 - 60 minutes in afternoon, 60 in the evening - total of 1130 (is that right?! - I met my goal! )
March 20 - 30 minutes
March 21 - NONE
March 22 - 90 minutes
March 23 - 75 minutes = 1325
March 24 - 45 minutes
March 25 - 150 minutes of mall walking & gossiping!
March 26 - 30 minutes
March 27 - NONE
March 28 - None....spent 12 hrs driving -ugh!

I'm super busy this month with overtime, classes and studying - but I'm making myself get some exercise in!

March Goal: 600 Minutes
March total so far: 60 Minutes

03/01 - 60 Minutes (20 Elliptical, 20 Bike, 15 Shoveling, 5 Stretching)
