Jan 13- 30 mins Pilates, 10 mins treadmill
Jan 14- 15 mins bike, 30 mins Pilates, 100 situps
Jan 15- 60 mins spinning, 60 strength training class, 100 situps
Jan 16- 10 mins treadmill, 100 situps
Jan 17- 60 mins spinning, 60 strength training class, 100 situps
Jan 18- 15 mins treadmill, 60 mins spinning class
Jan 19- none
Jan 20- 60 mins spinning, 60 mins strength training class
Jan 21- 45 mins cardio
Jan 22- 60 mins spinning, 60 mins strength training class
Jan 23- 20 mins treadmill, 30 mins bike
Jan 24- 60 mins spinning class
Jan 25- 30 mins, hips, abs, and thighs class; 60 mins spinning class
