Summary: This is the most consistent that I have ever been with cardiovascular exercise as an adult. I have done strength and flexability exercise on a regular basis before, but have never focused on cardiovascular. I agreed to power walk for 30 minutes each day that I worked in the month of August. I missed two of those days, but did double my time com.itment halfway through the month and also threw a couple of walks in on weekends. All in all, I am amazed that I met as much of my commitment as I did.
