Ok,
My official weigh in for Saturday morning was 184.5.

So that was cool, because I think I started this challenge at 186. However, I then proceeded to ingest a ton of junk food pretty much all day Saturday and I have not had time to run since Wednesday. I am going to run tonight and am back on plan today, and it is amazing how much better I feel, body and mind, eating healthy stuff. I may not make low 170s by Halloween, but I will make 170-something. The other nice thing is that despite all of the calories I imagine I had yesterday, my jean shorts are still rather well fitting. One bad day does not cause excessive weight gain....Many many do. So I learned a lot yesterday.
