Hi Kikilai...congratulations on starting SB. Once you get further along into Phase 1 you will find it's so easy. I think it's a great diet to be on. I am rarely hungry and if I am it's because I have gone too long without food. I just started my 4th week and have lost 9.5lbs and down a size.

I definitely finding myself more organized grocery shopping and planning out meals. Also spending more each time I shop, but that's ok it's because I am buying better foods.
What made you decide to start the SBD? How have you found the last 2 days to be? If you can definitely stick it out thourgh Phase 1, you'll find it worth it. This site is a great reference for me. The recipes are for the most part wonderful and the people are so great at keeping motivation going. And don't be afraid to ask any question on the boards...pretty much anything goes.
My boyfriend is also doing it with me which makes it easier...especially come meal time. though he eats more fish and seafood than I do. I am allergic. but the rest of the meals we can both eat.
