I lost 2, goal was 4. I'm surprised I'm not more disappointed, as I set my goal low in the first place, knowing I'm within 10 pounds of goal. I know May was not an easy month to diet, with son and husband's birthdays, mother's day, 3 other kid-parties and a friend's anniversary party! My goals for June are to: cut back a bit on portions (a REAL 1/2 cup of pudding, not a guesstimate!), don't eat after 8pm, and no licking the peanut butter knife when I make my son's lunch!
