Hello All,
I'd love to join. I didn't have a very good last month pounds-wise, so I'm definitely looking for some motivation to keep with it!

My goal is 5 pounds for June.

SW 290-ish (I didn't pre-weigh)
CW 256
GW 150

Well, I'm down to my final few & they don't want to go away!
So, I'm going to be realistic and say 5. I hope that it will be more.

Talking Me too!

I'm in too... though I only started SB TODAY (Day one, Week one, Phase one!) We'll see how fast I lose -- I suspect it'll be slow, as I don't have a lot to lose and I already have relatively decent eating habits and moderate exercise habits. Let's pray, people!

Okay, so, June goal: 10lbs.

Realistic? We'll see! I play Ultimate frisbee three nights a week and do some mild weight training at home (which I'm going to ramp up now!)
