I'm in too... though I only started SB TODAY (Day one, Week one, Phase one!) We'll see how fast I lose -- I suspect it'll be slow, as I don't have a lot to lose and I already have relatively decent eating habits and moderate exercise habits. Let's pray, people!
Okay, so, June goal: 10lbs.
Realistic? We'll see! I play Ultimate frisbee three nights a week and do some mild weight training at home (which I'm going to ramp up now!)
