Olives?

I bought the Good Carbs, Good Fats Guide and there's nothing listed about Olives...Are these ok? Black and/or Green

They are listed under fats along with avocado, See page 71.

YAY! Thank you so much! They arent listed in the index and I kept skimming through but couldnt find them. They are listed as GOOD so I guess I can have them! THANKS!
