Question Anyone else getting headaches?

I've been getting kind of a dull headache since I started SBD. I know I'm supposed to be drinking decaf coffee, but I'd rather eat dirt. I limit myself to one cup a joe or a sugar-free latte with skim milk and I cut out my Diet Mt. Dew addiction. I'm thinking that thats why I keep getting headaches. Either caffiene or maybe sugar withdrawl (before starting, I averaged a king size candy bar or a half pan of brownies a day).

Anyone else notice anything similar? Any of you SBD vetrans know how to overcome it or am I doomed to pop and Alieve everyday?

Meredith,
Many people have had this same problem, myself included.

I noticed that it stopped after a few days. I am off coffee, and I actually like all the different choices in hot tea.

On a side note I've been on program for 2 months and after the inital pain I've had fewer headaches than I've had in YEARS.

Thanks Pebbles. I like tea too, but I don't have any thats decaf. I noticed last night that I couldn't sleep. I have always been able to drink coffee and soda right up to bedtime and fall asleep. Last night I had a cup at about 10PM and watched the clock until at least 2am. It feels like it actually affects me now. I'm going to try to wean myself off and just stick to my one in the morning. Hopefully the late night clock watching and the headaches will get better.

I had some problems with it too. But it seems to be getting better as the days go by. I think once all the bad stuff is out of your system you will start feeling much better.

The headache shouldn't last more than a few days, Meredith. Hang in there.
