Hi all
My server was down for a while today. But here I am. On the red wine front I have found that too much of it stalls weight loss ( ).
I like experimenting with all the different types but to be honest a good Shiraz is my fave. Like drinking velvet.
Yum.
I am off here tonight for my dinner. It is a fab restaurant, check out the menus. There are some SB oks on the menu, and also some scary stay aways (the petit fours are going to be a bit of a downfall I expect....). The manager at this place is a wine nut and always makes wonderful recommendations. He especially loves Californian wines some of you may be pleased to hear. I really like the fact that on SB we can go out for a meal from time to time and it be ok.

Tomorrow I have to buy a filing cabinet if I can, with a lock, so I can get some of these papers organised. Then sunday dropping friend off at the airport and then I have the day to do whatever, which will involve planting some early broad beans, and then getting on with my case study for college. No doubt I will drop in.

Off to the bath now to prepare for my (entirely legal) foodfest.
xxx

Good morning ladies.

Just thought that I would say hello, oops it's actually afternoon.

Painter Woman - welcome, and I have material goals for each of my weight loss triumphs. Thank goodness the fact that I drool over $300 purses has ceased to shock my DH.

I got a new Sony Clie for hitting 215, and we take a spa vacation each month that I'm trying to be progressively 10 pounds lighter for.

The big one-----a big fatty diamond. Already picked it out, and got the ok from DH. He's very supportive, but it seems sureal to be 160.

I was on Ann Taylor's website looking at all the cute clothes available for those that don't have to pray that at the back of the rack there's some double digit size I could suck it into. We're going to Vancouver in July and I WILL, WILL, WILL be able to fit into a size 12.

On a side note, this week has been great.

I started at 215.8 and today I'm 212.8 - so I couldn't be happier. I drank 72 ounces of water yesterday - man I feel great.
