Angry SBD Rules!!
Hey girl's-yes i'm a newbie.My name is Tammy and from Maine with 2 boys.
Just started the SBD 6 days ago and lost 5 pounds already!Im 34 and have been gaining weight steady since 2000.Im at 200 now,started at 205-the heaviest ive ever been.I had my son 2 years ago too.This diet isnt as bad as i thought it would be.I guess ive been really upset about my weight so much that i knew that i really had too do something about it.Now that ive gone down 5 pounds,i do not want to gain it back.Im so glad that this site is here-and all of you.Ive read through so much and learned alot and i know now that im not alone in this. Thank you, Cheers to you all and keep seeing yourself wearing something awesome -it help's to stop me from munching on something naughty sometimes!!!Tam
