I'm 28, and have struggled with my weight since I was about 7 years old. But with going to the gym since October, and adding SB, I hope to finally turn the corner.
Hi! i am new to SBD as well, i just started today. how are you feeling? i have heard that people have felt fatigue the first few days. I guess I will find out!
i am not new to the message board, but new to plan. I have just passed my two week mark I cannot believe that i did not have any bread or pasta. i lived on that stuff previously. I have noticed that i feel much less bloated, lost some weight around the middle and have more energy. I thought i could use the extra support and give support at this point!
