Hi - I'm new!

Hi everyone. I'm Danielle and I've been on the Beach for 5 days. I have done a lot of reading about it, so it feels like it's been a lot longer. :)

I'm 28, and have struggled with my weight since I was about 7 years old. But with going to the gym since October, and adding SB, I hope to finally turn the corner.

It's good to meet all of you!! :D

hi ladies,

i am not new to the message board, but new to plan. I have just passed my two week mark :) I cannot believe that i did not have any bread or pasta. i lived on that stuff previously. I have noticed that i feel much less bloated, lost some weight around the middle and have more energy. I thought i could use the extra support and give support at this point!

thanks

Welcome, Rkworth! We're always glad to give support, and VERY glad to receive it. ;)
Congratulations on your success to date! :hat:
