Hello,
What a day. Is it cranky day today?

I am having such a bad day - I feel so weak - I'm on day 5, phase 1. I'm eating quite a bit (really!) but the lack of carbs is just killing me. I cannot exercise and just have the cruddy lo-carb, no-energy feeling. Anyone experiencing this? I am doing this til Monday because I promised myself I would make it one week on this diet. I have not weighed myself but feel frustrated because this morning I put on my "fat" jeans and they were tight! When that happens I think the most self-defeating thoughts.
So, otherwise, things are great. I hope everyone has an awesome superbowl weekend. Go Pats!!!!!!!!
