I need help!!!!!
Hello,
What a day. Is it cranky day today? :stress: I am having such a bad day - I feel so weak - I'm on day 5, phase 1. I'm eating quite a bit (really!) but the lack of carbs is just killing me. I cannot exercise and just have the cruddy lo-carb, no-energy feeling. Anyone experiencing this? I am doing this til Monday because I promised myself I would make it one week on this diet. I have not weighed myself but feel frustrated because this morning I put on my "fat" jeans and they were tight! When that happens I think the most self-defeating thoughts. So, otherwise, things are great. I hope everyone has an awesome superbowl weekend. Go Pats!!!!!!!! Anne |
Are you drinking lots of water? Sometimes it helps to move that scale. You should really stick with the diet--before long you will be feeling terrific!
Why don't you post your menus and maybe we can help figure out why you are feeling so awful. |

Don't fret...I was very bloated at first from all the water & veggies...maybe that's why your jeans feel tight. You have to be strong..it's hard but you can do it! By Monday I bet you'll notice a difference. I didn't see a loss until the END of my 1st week (day 7). Cheer Up! Jan ;) |

Lessismore-Dont feel bad-i make pizza and fried chicken for a living!!!!!!!It's VERY hard to be around it and smell it!!!We sell homemade pastries too!!!!But you know what-i havent cheated at all and i feel very good about it,those yucky feelings will go.I agree-drink lots of water.Visualize yourself looking hot and wearing drop dead outfit's!!!And making Beyonce look like an old hag when your standing next to her!!!!!!Lot's of luck!!
