I have been reading through the posts looking for more info on the SBD. I have many questions that I am sure have been asked before but I don't know how to access the FAQ in this forum . When I tried it brought up a search and when I typed in South Beach Diet I got nothing. I feel foolish because I am by no means an amateur when it comes to using the pc. HELP!
If you look at the top of this screen and you will see the words South Beach Diet. Click on it and it will show you the three sub-forums within the SBD Forum which are Fat Chicks on the Beach (this one), Frequently Asked Questions and Recipes. Click on FAQ and you are in! There's lots of good info in there.
