New to the beach

  • I started the diet 3 days ago and each day i have cheated a little bit....for instance...my son loves pringles so they are always around....well each day i have like 3 and i cant help it..should i completely start over and just keep going? also it seems like i we eat is chicken...and i cant think of anything else to make..i love snacking and if anyone has an idea for a good snack thats on the diet let me know...thanks kristi

    While in Phase 1 do try to be as legal as possible.

    The 3 bite rule is a good one, but don't make it a habit.

    Try the FF SF popsicles, fudge bars, nuts, celery, jello and keep away from sugars and white food items.
