Ellis: Trying your un-potato salad today. Will let you know how it turns out. I had to drain a lot of liquid off the cauliflower. Hope I didn't get it too mushy. Will report later in the day. Lizzie

Sure, Ellis! Take credit for MY recipe which I stole from another private board.
I've had a lovely day and managed to drink lots of water and stay OP. However, I have been for only one walk. The Girls and I will do another after dinner but this is not a 10,000 step day!
Nice and relaxing...thats me now, Finally have a moment to myself and insted of exercising I am going to curl up on the couch I did drink alot of water and did well with eating, so far....
Hi all, A very good day today. My DH had the day off and made a wonderfull stir fry of shrimp scallops and lobster. Better than anything we could have had in a restaurant. He promises something yummy and OP for dessert too. I don't know about you but at that TOM I could cheerfully kill for anything chocolate. This is usually Ben and Jerry time. Thankfully the chocolate pudding and ricotta does the job just fine. Julie
Whoever wants to take credit for the unpotato salad, do so.as it is very good. I think for my own taste, next time I would leave out the splenda. Otherwise, very tasty. Even my DH approved. WTG. Thanks. Lizzie
Operadog: I've been going to ask you this and keep forgetting. Are you an opera lover? Seems like your name might indicate that. Music has been my way of life for years. One of my big thrills was to go to the old Met, to see La Boheme. I was doing student teaching out on L.I. and came into the city, met a friend, and as broke kids, we took standing room. Now that really dates me, as the old met has been gone for years. Lizzie
