Good morning, everyone! I got caught up in the Broad Street Run coverage on TV so am late to the party! My DD is running in it, but I'm cheering her on from the comfort of my own home this time.

Jennifer, that's great your weight is down where you want it, and you seem to have a good handle on maintaining it. Are you getting excited about your bike run?

Karen, that's fascinating about finding your Dad's birth certificate! It must be pretty exciting to trace your family roots and discover your history. Enjoy your book club dinner!

Ruth, I'm glad for your sake you got out of the interview for Tuesday. Have a good shop in town this morning!

We got a lot of planting done yesterday, and hope to finish up today. I have some big buckets to put over the tomato and pepper plants if we get another frost, so I'm not too concerned about them. The rain showers have been cooperating and waited until we were finished for the day yesterday, before it rained. It's threatening again today, so we'll have to dodge the showers. At least Mother Nature is helping to get the plants off to a good start!

Good morning,

We are off to an air show today and it looks to be lovely weather so should be fun. I did manage to start on DD2 room and took out about 5 bagfuls of items and clothes. Still have a bit more but that is a start and did get some sanding in as well.

Ruth I would have done the same easier that way all around for decision making

Jekel I have been Phase 1 ish (a few pieces of dark chocolate) but weight is going in right direction so I am going to stay for a few more weeks and just add a piece of fruit or grain occasionally.

Jenne it always amazes me just how a few days of eating correctly changes the mind game and what looks good to eat, hang in there.
