Default Protein powder?

Hello, quite new to SBD, and I have a question. Are protein powders allowed on phase 1? The one I have in the cupboard has no sugar and very high in whey protein. What do you guys thinks?

Sorry this got missed, Amber.

I don't know much about protein powder. Could you list the other ingredients if there are any?

I'll move this into the main part of our Forum so it gets other opinions.

Sure, the ingredients are: a blend of whey proteins, cocoa powder, and sucralose

So where do these whey proteins come from? Is it from soybeans or diary? Does anyone know?

Whey protein is made from whey which is produced during cheese making so it actually comes from milk. Google it when unsure.

The whey is a blend of dairy and soy.
