'Chickpea of the Sea' is the same as tuna salad, except using chickpeas instead of tuna.

That's all very nice but what about that muffin? Is there a recipe to share?

P2
Today was a bit messy considering that I try to go as vegan as possible on Fridays during Lent and was not prepared!

B1: Tea w/ 1/4 cup skim milk
B2: 1 cup of milk + 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder and a pear
(Breakfast was split in two in a sense because I went to spinning right when I woke up)
L: 1/2 cup of fava beans, 1 tbsp hummus, cucumbers, carrots and an apple.
S: Carrots + hummus + 1/2 cup of fava beans
D: 1.5 Veggie patty from subway in a salad (no bread)

Exercise: 45 minutes of spinning
I feel like it was an odd day!

I just posted the recipe in the Phase 2 Snacks. I have to admit, though, that when I made these, I forgot to add the sweetener, and I didn't miss it at all.

Thanks Cottage! I need to try those. I am a little worried about portion control, maybe I will start with half a recipe.
