Thanks, Chickadeee. I get discouraged sometimes because I still have so much weight left to lose, but I can't deny the huge change that is evident in these photos. It's a blessing to have proof of my progress and quite encouraging to keep on keeping on! Good luck fending off the Christmas snacks!
I have muscle bumps on my upper front legs. Idk the correct anatomical term lol. They're from running I also have minor shin splints from climbing a lot of stairs today :s weird but 100% fact. I am becoming more confident that the number on the scale can at times be barely half the picture.

Yesterday I went for a jog for the first time in a few weeks (bad weather + laziness), and my neighbor commented that I was looking good. It was slightly creepy, to be honest, but I just said thanks and ran right on past him! =P
