Ruth - glad you're okay!! Thank goodness Donna was there to help you out.

Cyndi - so glad to hear things are going well with Julie. Hmmmm, sounds like you're going to be having lots of yummy veggies for Thanksgiving!

Normally even went on don't eat great, I mostly eat on plan, and was B-A-D yesterday. I'm thinking I need to skip grains until Thanksgiving to give me a bit more will power. I've been very lazy in my thinking in many different areas, including food. Don't I say this about once every few weeks?!?

Good Morning

Ruth, I am sorry to hear of your tumble yesterday. It sounds like it could have been much worse and I'm glad to hear you're on the mend!

I got a call to come in to work this morning which is good. It does mean I need to get my chores done early.

Have a great Sunday everyone!

My goodness, Ruth! I'm glad you're OK and that Donna was there! Have yourself a healing day, today.

Good morning, Natasha, Cyndi, Tywnn and Debbie!

I slept in and am just easing into the morning with my coffee. I don't have much planned for today, just the usual Sunday chores and a visit with Mom & Dad.

LMFAO...sorry, Ruth. What can I say...I was still hyped up about winning the championship, LOL I take it you're not a football fan, huh??? I wasn't either until a couple of years ago. I would watch occasionally but I never knew what was going on. Ouch about the fall...I'm glad you're okay, though.

Cyndi - So glad you finally got to bring her home from the hospital...I know that will relieve a lot of stress for BOTH of you. Hope she's doing well. Wow...less than 10 grams of fat??? You've got your work cut out for you, my dear.

*waves* Good morning, to all you other ladies. Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful Sunday morning. I'm up early b/c I crashed and burned last night. 5 hours of driving and 4 hours of sitting on those hard stadium benches has my back screaming for mercy today, LOL Loving my heating pad!!!

Here's me leaving for the game yesterday. I sprayed my hair red, LOL

And the view from the nosebleed section, LOL

Good morning SBers.....I usually hang out on the GG Chicks, but yesterday I came down and borrowed your phase one chicken and spinach casserole recipe. OMG was that good. Even Dh admitted it was a keeper. Thank you.

Good Morning All,

My scale finally moved, so I am feeling good that sticking to it is helping.

I am going to try the Chicken and Spinach as well, two of my favorite things. I am finally learning to mix it up alittle, makes menus more fun.

Nastaha, great pics

Ruth take it easy, glad not tooo much damage was done.

Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning! We just got home from the flea market. I bought Auston the cutest little military uniform. It looks to be real BDUs. He was very excited. Paid $5!

Natasha, The only reason I know anything about football is self-defense. Hub's family is rabid about the game. I call myself a college football widow. Jeff came to bed at midnight last night. I was WAY asleep. I mis-spoke yesterday -- It might be Bama and LSU in the National Championship, not SEC Championship. Of course, LSU has to beat Georgia. Bama only has to beat Auburn, which should be a piece of cake.

Ruth, I'm glad you are okay. Jeff calls me "Baby Grace" from all the times I've tripped over nothing.

Auston has been invited to a birthday party from 5 to 7 this evening. They will be serving pizza and birthday cake. sigh.... I'm making a hardy, late lunch for Jeff and me.

Good morning friends-

Had a great week on plan and am feeling all the better for it. Thanksgiving will be here before we know it, so I am going to get myself in gear for a cooking fest!
I'm in charge of candied yams, brussel sprouts and creamed cauliflower this year. I also have to make some extra pies for my husband and daughter's boyfriend. We will be driving to my sister's on Thursday. She lives right over the CT border, in NY.
Cottage, I remember reading on here that you make a Faux Turkey. Would it be possible to post the recipe? My daughter is a vegetarian and I would like to suprise her with it on Thanksgiving.
So sorry to hear about the fall, Ruth. Take care and rest up before your journey!

Have a wonderful Sunday!

Chelby - LOL, I knew what you meant. I'd be shocked if Alabama lost to Auburn...but then again, we had trouble w/ an unranked team from Kentucky yesterday, so who knows WHAT could happen, LOL My yankee friends don't understand it...luckily other Southernors understand that SEC football is a religion and we couldn't care less about pro ball down here, LMAO

Hi, Chris! I'm making a Quorn Turkey Roast this year. I usually buy a Tofurky Roast, but the Quorn came with high raves from a friend, so I'm going to give it try.

Weekend is winding down - went to my niece's 2nd bday party and resisted ALL the temptation. Glad to have a computer up and running - haven't for so long and I like to hold myself accountable

Have a GREAT Monday all. I am going to go food shopping here in Maine and I have to work a bit in the afternoon but sleeping in will be priority #1. If only my MIL had a nice comfortable mattress for us to sleep on!??
