Phase 2
B - coffee with 2% milk. Oatmeal-cottage cheese pancake (w/ 1 egg and 1/2 c. cottage cheese this time = so good!) with sliced pear and a drizzle of honey L - Vegetarian chili, side spinach salad with Trader Joes' Goddess dressing. Iced tea. S - broc/pepper slices with spicy hummus, celery with laughing cow light or peanut butter, D - don't know yet - might be OUT dessert - depends on what dinner was. Maybe yogurt with wild blueberries, my usual. |

1: green monster (carrot juice, spinach, frozen berries & cherries, half banana, lemon, ginger) 2: sauteed veggies w/ poached egg 3: ***** and a handful of almonds 4: 1/2 c. brown rice, 3 oz. chicken, green juice exercise: 50 min. yoga, 60 min. zumba, 2 miles treadmill ...seriously, these cupcakes need to exit the premises. i think i'll let my kids each have one for dessert tonight and then i'll pitch the rest. i have no willpower :( |

Hi all - what is C25K?
B: Green Smoothie (Delicious with strawberries, spinach, kale, sf torini, almond milk and i sprinkled some ground flax seeds in) L: Lean ground beef with cumin/jalapeno/tomatoe/olives/bit of avocado and a sprinkle of non-fat cheese. S: V8 D:Chicken/Chickpeas (Indian recipe I found on this board and looks yummy) with mock cauliflower rice with onion and cumin seeds topped with greek yogurt. Exercise: 45 minutes ellipitcal, 1/2 hour quick walk & 1/2 hour weight training |

Having a juice detox day. I've had one (ok ten) too many cupcakes over the past few days. Now that they are out of the house, I can get back to business :)

L: huge arugula salad with cukes, tomatoes, mushrooms, and topped with buffalo quinoa S: banana smoothie topped with a lil granola... this sooo hit the spot! D: tbd |
B: cheesecake smoothie thingee (cottage cheese, small amt cream cheese, dollop of PB, spoonful of cocoa and stevia....OMG I feel like I'm cheating!)

B. a yummy chocolate smoothie for a change L. toasted tomato sandwich on ww bread, cheddar cheese, pepper strips, ff sf yogurt D. omelet with potato, chard, sliced tomato with pesto, grapes in ff sour cream sprinkled with brown Splenda and chopped walnuts. |

B - coffee, smoothie S - broccoli & hummus L - last of the pesto chicken (So good I'll def have to make more soon!) S - trying the vanilla chia pudding D - meat sauce over spaghetti squash - if I can find it at the store - or zuchinni, salad * couldn't find the squash so zuchinni it is. Honestly getting sick of it though :( |

Rikki - I have a Jack Lalanne. It works well for what I paid for it. Would have loved a Breville, but $$$$$$$$$$$!
