b: iced coffee, lf string cheese, v8
s: cucumber, pepper, tzatziki l: Hummus & Tabouli served on a whole wheat pita with fresh leaf spinach (lunch out) s: apple and nuts d: hamburger with laughing cow wedge and frozen veggies I think I am going to try making some freezer fruit this weekend (water, fruit, splenda in ice pop mold). I need something else for dessert. Even been craving SF jello! |
The :dust: worked, Jenne. I was forced to eat at the reception last night but stuck to just the pulled pork, avoiding the bun, and had one glass of wine.
Today: B. a cup of blueberries, 2 slices of peameal L. 2 egg frittata with peppers, spinach, onion and zucchini, ff yogurt with sf Irish Cream syrup D. Beef stew minus the potatoes, green salad I've been drinking loads of water in this heat and it seems to be working as I'm not finding it as unbearable as in other summers. I think losing weight has helped that. |

B coffee w splenda and 1%, kale/red onion/cheddar omelet S refried bean/spinach/roasted red pepper/garlic dip with yellow bell pepper strips L chicken salad in 1/2 ww pita, lf cottage cheese w tomato S yogurt w blueberries and simply fruit black raspberry jam D steak and salad, cherries |
1: 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage. LC cheese scramble.
2: ss peas 3: chicken wing dip with celery ( very yummy thanks asphyxia ) 4: dark chocolate with hazel nuts 5: 1/2 ww blt so good. string cheese exercise: 4 mile hilly walk, 30 minute upper body workout water: not enough leaving for camping trip number 1 today!!!! hopefully I can stick with my plans |
Drove to Cleveland today, so the meal planning was an experience, as breakfast, snack, and lunch were all while driving . . .
B: ff greek yogurt, splenda, V8 S: carrots L: turkey pepperoni, more yogurt, splenda, more carrots S: triscuits, hummus D: enormous salad, salsa, chicken, guac. YUM! Be well! |

I'll strive to keep it to a minimum, though. |

B. Fibre 1, peach, ff/sf yogurt L. at the Diner :rolleyes: Hot Italian Sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms in a white bread roll D. Could be scary. I am going to a neighbour's BBQ - I think she will have some healthy stuff. I am contributing my rum cake but WILL NOT EAT ANY! Lat time I took a rum cake somewhere, the dog ate the whole thing while we were eating the first course. |

I was NOT OP today. I didn't eat enough. Apartment hunting had us sick - starting by getting up SUPER too early and the first place not even showing up! Oh bother.
B: V8, Coffee S: none L: 1/2 of a 1/2 of Panera Strawberry Poppyseed w/Chicken salad (no pineapples were eaten, I swear)! S: none D: 1/4 of a burger and a couple of string beans only 33 oz of water I sucked today but tomorrow,er, today will be better! Only two more apartments to look at! |
I had a similar problem yesterday Jenn. With the heat and being at a small town fair I just didn't eat enough though I ate as much as I wanted hungerwise. Today is an at home day so I'll have a perfect on plan day. That always makes me feel better.

1: ww "banana bread" waffle (I just mixed mashed banana and chopped pecans into my usual whole wheat waffle mix) 2: smoothie (tart cherry juice, kefir, peach slices, 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries, spinach) 3: cookie dough hummus and 1/2 apple 4: chicken, broccoli and brown rice bake; spinach salad exercise: bike ride (provided the rain holds off) |
I had a change of lunch plans. MY usual farm stand had daikons available so I pulled my spiraler out and made amazing low carb pad thai. I love summer veggies.
Zeff - did you post that cookie dough hummus recipe? Sounds like something I should try :) |
