Hi Ladies! Day 3 on the plan and I am in
with it! I haven't actually noticed any cravings for the starch/sugar/carbs like I was expecting. Although it could be right around the corner. I am going to have to look for more lunch ideas and breakfast ideas as I can already tell turkey lunch meat and eggs are going to get old very quickly. I'll be surfing the recipes for more ideas. I have started to notice more of a level energy throughout the day rather than highs and lows with my energy. I really think the eating every few hours has something do do with that and probably will be a habit I keep through all the phases.
I have dinner with my cousin tonight (tuesday tradition). This week it's at my house and we are having on OP meal
I must confess I have got to find more veggies as I don't think I'm getting my 4.5 cups in every day. It's a learning curve. I don't like veggies but I'm trying and I will get there. This week gives me things to improve on and look forward to for next week and before I know it I'll already be in Ph 1.5/2!!
